We are currently hiring for the role of VIRTUAL ASSISTANT!

  • You enjoy communicating, jumping into new projects, and bringing order to chaos.
  • You’re creative, motivated, and attentive to all the details.  
  • Must be comfortable performing work using technology tools rather than face to face interaction.
  • Administrative/Operations
    • Document organization and filing, personal and professional schedule coordination, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, meeting minutes, action item follow up, and confidential support.
    • Answering customer service inquiries and vetting potential partnerships, vendors, etc.
    • Assist in operations management, including inventory, shipping and fulfillment, organizing products, and communicating with customers and broader team.
  • Social Media/Marketing
    • Assist in the curations and preparation of social media assets, including sourcing and managing third party designers and graphic resources, loading/scheduling content, and sourcing images.
    • Assist in the creation of various template-based print materials including business cards, website pop-ups, and packaging inserts.
    • Website storefront and blog updates and content research.
  • Media Relations/PR
    • Managing Blogger and PR outreach lists. Prospecting and responding to PR opportunities.
    • Researching key celebrity events and opportunities and assist with the execution of celebrity seeding and blogger collaboration opportunities.
    • Setting up sample orders to influencers and publications.
  • Manage special projects as needed
  • A positive, flexible, self-starting attitude, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills and transparent communication practices
  • Must be comfortable jumping executing a variety of tasks
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient with MS Office or Google Docs. Bonus points for working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, G-Suite, Trello, Zoom, Calendly, and/or Evernote.
  • Must be an active listener in order to comprehend required duties and quickly understand the best method for completing them. 
  • Prefer a VA located in or around Denver with the ability to run occasional errands locally. However, this is not an absolute requirement.

  • We are a small business, so this position is extremely hands on! 
Ideally we are looking for VA available to 4-5 days a week in some capacity. The minimum would be 3 days per week with flexible hours and the ability to work some Saturdays or occasional evenings when needed.
