At Travel & Slay™ we're all about encouraging travel as an integral tool for wellness and self-care to the forefront of our community. While today the world has more day to day stressors and hardships than most of us have seen in almost a decade, we know that POC communities are often hardest hit with fewer resources to inform and empower us to take charge of our wellness journeys.
Life is pretty crazy right now with the shelter in place orders and travel coming to a grinding halt. But our commitment to wellness doesn’t end at travel. So we’ve assembled an FAQ style guide for guidance to next steps, including understanding how to manage the financial and logistical stress of cancelled travel, and what you can do to stay healthy in body and mind in the meantime.
