How'd you meet?
We actually met 2.5 years ago, working for a travel company. We were good friends but we eventually realized there was more there than just a friendship.
How would you describe the first trip you went on together?
Our first trip was to Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. This might sound cheesy, but we would describe it as love at first flight! We loved each other already, but we fell in love with seeing the world TOGETHER.
Are there things the two of you disagree on when it comes to traveling?
We don’t necessarily disagree on anything when it comes to traveling. We are both pretty adventurous & down for whatever, so our trips tend to go pretty smoothly! If there’s any disagreement, it’ll be about where we are gonna eat bc Mahdi is so picky.
What advice would you give to couples traveling abroad for the first time together?
We would say to couples traveling abroad for the first time: firstly, we’d say DO YOUR RESEARCH!! To maximize your time where you are, know all the things you want to do BEFORE you go! Then we’d say just truly enjoy every moment...really take it in. You can always go back to the same place but you can’t relive the same moments.
What is your secret to capturing such gorgeous shots while traveling?
Our secret? A good tripod, self-timer, and a Bluetooth clicker. We take all of our photos ourselves!
